Zucchine ripiene

Stuffed zucchini


INGREDIENTS:
zucchini
Emmental cheese
oli, salt, pepper

PREPARATION:
Cut the zucchini and dig it in the middle.
Put it in a backing tin and bake it 20 minutes at 180 C° / 350 F°.
Meanwhile, chop the zucchini internal and mix it with Emmental.
Allow them to cool carved zucchini and fill them with the mixture.
Add on salt, pepper and a little oil, after bake it again until the cheese is brown.
