Trout
INGREDIENTS:
- a trout
- oil
- rock salt
- rosemary
- a lemon
PREPARATION:
Clean the trout out of the entrails.
Wrap it in an aluminuim foil with oil, rock salt, rosemary and add on some lemon slices.
Put it all in oven 200° C or 400° F for 30 minutes.
