Tuna with tomato
INGREDIENTS:
canned tuna
onion, carrot, celery
chopped tomato
oil, salt, pepper
oregano
PREPARATION:
Brown onion, carrot and celery in a baker tin with a little oil.
Add the tuna in pieces with tomato, add salt and pepper, simmer it for 20 minutes.
Finally add on a very little oregano.
