Polpettone di tonno

Tuna meatloaf


INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g / 7 oz of canned tuna
- 2 eggs
- 2 or more tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs

PREPARATION:
Grease a aluminium foil with the oil surplus from drained canned tuna.
Amalgamate all ingredients and wrap the meatloaf with the greased aluminium foil.
Put in a pot full of salt water for 30 minutes.
