Cod fillets


INGREDIENTS:
- frozen Cod fillets
- bread crumbs
- garlic
- parsley
- fish seasoning mix
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- dry white wine

PREPARATION:
Grease a baking with oil and place it the fillets, add salt, pepper and wine.
Meanwhile chop together parsley and garlic, after merge them with bread crumbs and fish seasoning mix, finally put it on fish.
Add on a little oil and put it all in oven 200° C or 400° F for 30 minutes.
Serve it with dry white wine.
