INGREDIENTS :
Frozen Plaice fillets
1 yolk
bread crumbs
oil
salt
fish seasoning mix

PREPARATION:
Defrost the fillets slowly, moisten with yolk and breaded.
Cook in a pan with oil, salt and fish seasoning mix.
Serve it with dry white wine how to all fish recipes.
